Necessary Documents required for admission
The application form must be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting and carry the following documents.
- Mark Sheet & certificate of Matric for the age proof.
- Marksheet & Certificate of 10+2
- Character / Relieving certificate from the institution last attended.
- Adhar Card of the candidate.
- Passport Size Photograph (8)
- Valid Email ID & Mobile Number of candidate.
For Post Basic B. Sc. Nursing.
G.N.M. Passed Marksheet & Diploma certificate with Registration certificate.
Note: The candidate must bring original certificates at the time of admission / counseling.
